"I'm not sure how or where to begin and I should probably try to keep this short, but I THOROUGHLY enjoyed the 3 day training session with Mo. He was ABSOLUTELY fantastic. There was no doubt he really knew the software and then some (some being a WHOLE LOT!), but he really took the time to explain things in terms he knew I would understand and would be beneficial for me and my job (focusing on the purpose of why I was taking this class in the first place). He was very patient and kind and didn't mind explaining things in different ways in case I didn't understand. We actually moved fairly quickly in certain areas partly because I know quite a bit about Photoshop and Flash to be able to understand some of the features and benefits of using Premiere. Because of this, he made the sessions fun by having me show or "teach" (which I wasn't nearly as good as him) him what he had just taught me. But ultimately, he gave me an even deeper appreciation for the industry, customers, and the technology behind what makes great movies and I just have to say that I'm completely indebted to him. I now feel more confident being able to talk to our Premiere customers at events and better understand their pain-points. The fact that Mo was able to give me this deeper understanding is a mark of an excellent trainer. !
